In the occasion an item rented does not fit as intended, we ask you reach out within 24 hours of receiving. If we have the next size up or another style you would like to try, we are happy to rent out the item with credit from the initial purchase. If you do not wish to rent another item, we will refund 50% of the rental cost.

If you are interested in buying an item, please reach out to our team via email at kyra@rentintimateaffair.com . Some items may be eligible for purchase at a discounted rate.

Reach out! We understand. Each additional week of item rental (after initial rental) will charge $10 to your original payment method. If after three weeks we haven't been contacted, you will be charged with a lost item fee.

Lost item fees vary from item to item, and can found in the items "terms".

Also please note- after 3 lost items, we decline future rentals.

Items are shipped within 3 business days of ordering, and shipping times vary depending on location. Expedited shipping is also available.

A copy of your return label will be attached to your order confirmation email. If you need a new return label, please contact us at info@rentintimateaffair.com

Nope! We professionally clean and steam every piece after return—just send it back as is.

If you lose your shipping garment bag, we ask you return the item in a padded envelope or box- nothing fancy, just whatever you have at home. Unfortunately, we will have to charge you a $10 fee for the loss.
