REFUND POLICY

At Intimate Affair, we want your rental experience to be effortless and beautiful- just like the moments you’re dressing for.

Returns & Shipping

All rentals must be returned by the final day of your selected rental period using the prepaid return label provided. Simply repackage the item in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at your local shipping carrier.

Extensions & Late Returns

Need more time with your rental? Each additional week is $10, automatically charged to your original payment method. If we haven’t heard from you after three weeks beyond your original return date, a lost item fee (equal to the full retail value of the garment) will be charged.

Fit Issues

We get it—fit isn’t one-size-fits-all. If your item doesn't fit as intended, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we have the next size up or a different style you’d like to try, we’re happy to send a replacement and apply credit from your original rental toward it. If you choose not to rent another item, we will refund 50% of the rental cost.

Damaged or Lost Items

Normal wear is expected, but if an item is significantly damaged or lost, you may be responsible for the full retail price. We ask that all rentals be treated with care and returned in good condition.
